- Receive 10% discount on food, beverage & Spa treatment at any branch belonged to New 10 Hospitality Group.
- Early check in: On request and upon availability on arrival.
- Late check-out: On request and upon availability on departure.
- Priority Check-in: If existing
- Room upgrade: Room upgrade to the next available room type upon arrival, subject to availability.
